I am a Creative Director with experience leading large in house teams across brand, design, and content, overseeing large in-house teams to around 40 creatives across disciplines. My scope has included brand strategy, integrated campaigns, digital design, video, photography, retail experience, and identity systems.
I’ve been responsible for shaping brand marketing and content strategy, setting seasonal and campaign level creative direction, and building the frameworks that connect positioning to execution. A core part of my work has been developing scalable design systems that allow teams to move fast while staying consistent.
I also led team evolutions from a print centered model to a digital and video first approach. That shift required rethinking team structure, workflows, and content production to support agile, multi channel storytelling across the full customer journey.
