West Elm Digital Storytelling

One of our goals for the end of 2019 and 2020 was to enhance our editorial content in our digital space. So, with the content team, we created a series of stories featuring designers & business owners that allowed us to talk about the main divisions of our business that each season needed marketing support.

Celsious

This story features two small business owners, in Williamsburg (NY), that own an eco-friendly laundromat. This was allowing us to have a story about real people in our marketing channels, but yet allowing us to drive the bedding business for that season and also align their eco-conscious approach with our company values.

Example of a video place in our social channels driving to the landing page below.

Landing page featuring this story and driving to the different category of products that made sense for this.

Eric Trine

Content featuring the designer Eric Trine, and one of our local makers that we are collaborating with. This story was allowing us to feature a small designer that is part of our Local initiative but also show his space and talk about designing spaces with a family centric mind.

Quiet Town

This third example, also showcases one of our Local designers while they walks us through their house and their design approach. Their small bath curtain business also allow us to have a focus on this area
